With well over a decade of diverse experience in architecture, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the architectural process across all phases, from conceptual design to construction administration. My expertise spans a broad range of project types, including education, research and development, mixed-use, commercial interiors, clinical healthcare, performing arts, college housing, and master-planning. I have contributed to a number of projects internationally, including Saudi Arabia, China, and Europe, as well as throughout the United States - many local to the Mid-Atlantic region - but in Ohio, Kentucky, Colorado, and California.
Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in conceptual design, presentations, design studies, construction drawings, and project coordination. I take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work and strive to foster a unified and energized team environment. Known for my efficiency and precision, I leverage my deep knowledge of Revit, building codes, accessible design, and quality control processes to ensure the success of each project.
I have a particular passion for building enclosure design and performance detailing, which I developed through mentorship at leading firms, while also gaining extensive experience with interior-focused projects. This has lead me to a unique position to bridge the gap that often exists between the two disciplines. Additionally, I am drawn to urban strategy and development, bringing these insights to the teams I work with.
My approach to design emphasizes a balance between rational, functional solutions and simple aesthetic consideration. I believe that architecture has the power to profoundly impact lives, improving everything from user efficiency to overall quality of life. I maintain a well-rounded approach to architecture, priding myself as a generalist, and emphasize the importance of seamlessly connecting conceptual design with technical execution.
